Russia Scraps Pyotr Velikiy Upgrade: Nakhimov’s 12-Year Lesson
Russia’s navy has canceled the modernization of the Kirov-class cruiser Pyotr Velikiy, TASS reported. Its sister ship Nakhimov took 12 years at an estimated cost of up to $5 billion, and the ship’s final fate is undecided.
